Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: If you would like to return your purchase you can email us at info@tinytux.co.uk or contact us on 0208 245 0331 providing your order number, a description of the product and a reason for your return and post the goods back to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges and we recommend you use recorded mail and obtain a tracking number when you ship your return. Tiny Tux is not responsible for lost shipments. Please ensure you have read our Return & Exchange Policy on the Returns Page.

Q: Do you have a retail outlet where I can visit?

A: We trade online only and therefore do not have actual shop premises.

Q: Which courier company do you use?

A: Tiny Tux delivers goods by Royal Mail. Please ensure you have read our Delivery Policy on the Delivery Page.

Q: Is it safe to order online?

A: At Tiny Tux we take pride in the fact that we use software provided by an industry leading institution that are highly renowned for their swift and ultimately secure service. By using their payments gateway you can be assured that we never see customers’ card details and they are not held or stored on any website. We utilize industry-standard secure sockets layer (ssl) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:
- Authentication - this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
- Encryption - this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
- Data integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

A: We accept payment by credit card and debit card.

Q: What currency do you use?

A: We only accept UK pound sterling (GBP) at the moment.

Q: Can I use a different delivery address to my billing address?

A: We have developed our checkout to allow customers to provide us with a different delivery address to their billing address, so rest assured your order will always be dispatched to the delivery address. Please note that if an order is sent to a different delivery address than the billing address, we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods as we are unable to make a claim with Royal Mail unless an order is sent to the billing address. We do however provide all of our customers with the proof of posting and tracking information so you can make a claim if necessary.

A: At Tiny Tux we endeavor at all times to deliver a professional and courteous service to all our customers, and believe that your feedback is a fundamental part of our ongoing success. If you feel we have not lived up to this promise or if you feel we can improve our existing service we would love to hear from you. If you have any suggestions on how we could improve our services or a particular complaint with how we have serviced you then please send these in writing or by email to us using the details provided in our contact us page. All suggestions will be reviewed and considered, and you will receive a response within 10 working days from when we receive your letter or email.
